Yes. A plug & play home battery connects to a standard power outlet (230V). You don't need to make any modifications or hire an electrician. All you do is plug it into the socket, set up the app β and you're done. Suitable for renters and owners.
Yes. Our batteries are CE certified and comply with all European safety standards. They are equipped with built-in protection against overvoltage, overheating, and short circuits. You can safely use them indoors.
That depends on your consumption and the battery capacity. A household with solar panels and a 3 kWh battery can save an average of β¬300β500 extra per year on top of the savings from the panels alone. Over 10 years, that quickly amounts to β¬3,000β5,000.
No, it's not mandatory. You can also charge a battery with cheap off-peak electricity (dynamic tariff) and use it during the day. However, the biggest savings are made when you combine the battery with your own solar panels.
Absolutely. Our plug & play line is modular. Start with the Compact and later switch to the Plus or Pro. This way, you can adapt your system to your situation and budget.
Our batteries have an expected lifespan of 10β15 years, depending on usage and type. We provide a minimum 10-year product warranty. After that period, most batteries still perform at 80% of their original capacity.
Home batteries are currently not eligible for direct subsidies. However, VAT on solar panels is 0%, and there are schemes for heat pumps (ISDE). We will inform you about all current schemes during the consultation.
